30 Minutes Weekly 15 Weeks per Semester 5 Semesters Available This class provides a special time for children and parents to enjoy music and motion together. Parents get the chance to observe the foundations of learning development in their child. Different songs are enjoyed each semester, and each semester features fun activities for babies at all levels: lap babies, crawlers and walkers! |
Ages: 1½ 3½ years 30 Minutes Weekly 15 Weeks per Semester 4 Semesters Available In this fun music introduction, children will work with their adult on echo rhythms, tonal memory along with large and fine motor skills. Different songs and activities are used each semester. |
45 Minutes Weekly 15 Weeks per Semester 4 Semesters Available Children will have fun learning concepts such as high/low, fast/slow and loud/quiet. Family home activities extend the child's interest and enthusiasm for music. Different songs and activities are enjoyed each semester. Parents/siblings are invited to join in the last 5 minutes of class. |
60 Minutes Weekly 15 Weeks per Semester 4 Semesters Available The children will move to classical music and learn about orchestral instruments, notes on the staff, composers, rhythm, form and some stylistic elements of music. Depending on the semester, children may learn to play a glockenspiel, dulcimer or recorder. Parents/siblings are invited to join in the last 5 minutes of class. |
